Park Rules

Our aim is for our guests to experience a safe and enjoyable stay. Please call 08 8853 1177 for all enquiries, check in/ outs and
ring the video doorbell for assistance onsite.

FEESfees are payable in advance and NO refunds are given for shortened stays
CHECK INCheck In is from 2pm – Please be advised that the park is currently operating under a remote / contactless check in/out system
CHECK OUTCheck Out is before 10am, if re-booking, please enquire before this time
CABINSall cabins are non-smoking, the number of guests per cabins must not excees the number of beds available, ONE vehicle is permitted ber cabin, pets are NOT permitted in or around cabins
SITESthe number of guests per site is limited to 6, please do not place mats/tarps/carpet on grassed sites for annexe floors or under tents, ONE vehicle per site
FIRE REGULATIONSdraw-bars must face the roadways, fire pits/drums/braizers are NOT permitted on sites – there is a communal fire pit near the camp kitchen – please see park managers regarding use
VEHICLESthe speed limit is 10km/p, only registered vehicles may entre the park, vehicles must be parked within the prescribed are and not on roadways or vacant sites
VISITORSvisitor’s vehicles are to be left outside the park, guests are responsible for their visitor’s behaviour and they are to leave the park by 10pm, extra fees apply for overnight stays or showers
PETSPets are NOT permitted in shared areas, this includes cabins, camp kitchen, BBQ area, amenities block.
pets are permitted on sites, at the discretion of park managers and must be under strict control, kept on a leash at all times and not be left unattended. pets must not disturb other guests, owners must clean up after their pets immediately, and pet owners take full responsibility of any personal injury or damage caused by their pets whilst within the park, a Pet Stay agreement must be signed.
SMOKINGThe park has a non-smoking policy in all shared areas, this includes cabins, camp kitchen, BBQ area, amenities block
smokers are asked to respect other guests when smoking
CAMP KITCHEN & BBQ AREAPlease remove all rubbish and leave the area in a clean, tidy condition after use, please do not use liquids down the BBQs
CHILDRENChildren must by supervised by a responsible adult at all times, in all areas of the park inculding amenities block
BIKESAll normal road rules apply, helmets must be worn when riding, for safety reasons no bikes to be used after sunset or around shared areas, this includes cabins, camp kitchen, BBQ area and amenities block
RUBBISHPlease dispose of all rubbish appropriately, cans and bottles should be place in allocated bins, all househould waste, fish offal, disposable nappies must be bagged before placing in rubbish bins
CONDUCT Noise should not be excessive and for the comfort of other guests must cease between 10pm and 7am
should there be any damage caused by guests or their visitors, Council reserves the right to charge guests for any costs associated with these damages. Please be advised that the Caravan Park has 24 hr surveillance monitoring.
CAR, CARAVAN & BOAT WASHING car, caravan and boat washing is NOT permitted in the park

Failure to comply with the park rules may result in eviction from the park
