Fees are subject to change after June 30, to comply with Yorke Peninsula Council‘s fees and charges policy, please note that it is likely a slight fee increase will apply to any reservation made pre-30th June 2025, therefore the balance of your account may be higher than indicated on your present booking
Booking Policy
- All reservations must be paid for on arrival, no refunds are given for a shortened stay.
- Please be advised that all check in / out processes are currently contactless, you will be required to phone management to proceed.
- Check in time is strictly 2pm unless previously negotiated.
- Check out time is strictly 10am unless previously negotiated.
- If your arrival time is later than 5pm then please let us know.
- If unable to arrive on your due date please let the park know or your booking will lapse at 10.00am the following day.
- Deposits on bookings cancelled with 21 days or more notice will be refunded, less the admin fee. Where a cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to arrival a credit may be offered. No credits or refunds for cancellations with 48 hrs or less notice.
- All refunds are subject to a 20% administration fee.
- Credits are non-transferable between Yorke Peninsula Council Holiday Park Sites
- All requests for refunds must be forwarded to the Park Manager(s) in writing, who will then forward the request to Council for consideration.
- Booking refunds must be made by Council cheque – under no circumstances are the Park Managers able to provide cash refunds.
- A surcharge may be applied to one night bookings.
- No bookings will be taken more than twelve months in advance.
- Upon booking you have understood that the Port Rickaby Caravan Park is under 24hr Surveillance.
